All you need to know to join RATM 2023!

Here's all the information that you need to join us in Kraków!

THE WHENS: Conference starts on Thursday (25.05) at 10 AM and ends on Saturday (27.05).

THE WHERES: The conference takes place at the Institute for Religious Studies, Jagiellonian University (address: Grodzka 52, Kraków; see Google map here). All sessions will take place in room 10a.

THE HOWS: If you are an attendee, you do not have to register — just come and join us! If you are a presenter, please send us your PowerPoint presentation at ratm@uj.edu.pl (to make the uploading of the file efficient) and don’t forget to pick up a badge at the entrance!

Submission

Submission procedure

To submit an abstract to the conference, please follow these guidelines: 

 

  1. 1. Prepare an abstract (up to 350 words including title, keywords and references). Format the abstract according to this template and save it as a PDF file. Abstracts deviating from this format will be returned for revisions. Please note: the abstract should be anonymous and not contain any information that allows identifying the author.

  2. 2. Send the abstract to ratm@uj.edu.pl. Include all the presenters’ names and affiliations in the e-mail. Please note that you will not receive confirmation that we have received your submission. Submission deadline is 20th January 2023 (extended deadline). 

  1. Decisions concerning submissions will be sent by 12th February 2023 (see dates below).

  1. 3. After receiving notifications of acceptance, participants will be asked to register and cover the fees by March the 12th 2023 (details will be provided upon the acceptance of the paper).
